Soothe your Feet- Learn a Quick and Simple Ball Massage

Few things feel better than a massage, and few forms of massage feel as good as a foot massage!


Some ancient practices and a growing body of medical research even suggest that massaging specific pressure points on your feet can heal conditions affecting entirely different parts of your body.


In this simple myofascial release (self-massage) video, Embodied Wisdom co-founder Mayuri Gonzalez will show you a simple and effective way to release tension from the bottom of your feet and even open up the entire posterior chain (back body). You can use a myofascial release ball like the yoga tune-up balls linked below, or just use a tennis ball or lacrosse ball that you might already have at home.
