Chair Yoga

30 or 60 Minute Sessions

Find your center and get grounded in body and mind in this gentle class. Chair yoga is practiced either sitting or using chairs for support in various postures and is designed to mindfully increase range of motion while meeting students where they are. This class is ideal for students with limited mobility or healing from injury. Appropriate for students of all levels.

Improve your balance and flexibility while alleviating muscle pain, anxiety, depression, and stress. Your instructor will listen and customize your experience for your goals

The yoga of deep rest and restoration, yoga poses are held for longer amounts of time while you are supported by the props. This practice promotes deep rest and relaxation and helps to calm the nervous system so you can drop out of the stress response.

Roll and Release

60 Minute Sessions

We will guide you through self-massage using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls and other fascial maneuvers and somatic exercises to release tension and knots from your body. These session are great to release muscle tension, improve circulation, support lymphatic drainage and improve posture and performance.

Yoga Personal Training

45-60 Minute Sessions

Combines the benefits of traditional yoga poses with weight training.  Using light weights and slow breath controlled movements these sessions will increase strength and flexibility, improve lean muscle mass and calm the mind. Sessions will consist of sets of poses using weights and/or resistance bands alternated with Sun Salutations to keep the body warm and flexible.


Meditation + Stress Reduction

30 Minute Sessions

Just as the physical practice of yoga strengthens our body and makes us more flexible the practice of meditation has similar benefits for our mind. Explore various styles of meditation designed to help reduce stress, decrease anxiety, and connect to inner peace.

Kids + Family Yoga

30-45 Minute Sessions

In these kid-centric yoga classes your children or teens will learn and practice the fundamentals of mindfulness in body, breath, mind and life; in ways that are accessible and make sense to them! As healthy as these classes are for kids development and growth, they are also super fun! In addition to fun and energizing movements they will be practicing creative ways to center their mind; feel their breath; work with others; and find and trust themselves.

Stretch and Refresh

30 Minute Sessions

The goal of these sessions is to provide a quick refresh break to focus on your health, resilience and happiness. You’ll enjoy practicing various breathing techniques and stretches to leave your body feeling calm, relaxed and refreshed. No experience necessary!

How to book a session

Sessions can be scheduled for individuals, small or large groups. Our healing space in Pelham can hold groups of up to 4, and our seasonal patio space can support groups of 6. Additional spaces are available in the Pelham area for larger groups if needed. We can also come to your home/office or work virtually.


We typically schedule sessions during the following hours: 

  • Tuesdays 10:30a-6:00p

  • Thursdays 8:30a-12:00p and 3:00p-8:00p

  • Fridays 3:00p-6:00p

  • Saturdays 10:00a-1:00p

Pricing varies based on group size and session length and discounted packages are available for 5 and 10 session bundles. See below for pricing and to purchase. 5-Session packages reflect 15% discount and expire in 3 months. 10-Session packages reflect 20% discount and expire in 6 months.  Gift certificates are available and can be mailed, picked up in Pelham, or delivered electronically.
