Embodied Wisdom uses all facets of yoga to increase wellness and address specific health goals and needs. Mayuri will use a medical/health/lifestyle questionnaire, personal interview as well as postural, breath and movement assessment to design a routine integrating yogic practices of pranayama (breathing techniques impacting life-force), yoga postures and movement, meditation, mindfulness, energy awareness, relaxation practices, positive psychology, and Ayurvedic lifestyle – all to serve your personal goals and well-being.
You will receive a written and emailed home practice routine to help you integrate your plan into your everyday life.
We will send you a medical/lifestyle questionnaire to fill out before the session so our time together is used wisely.
