EMBODY: Mindfulness and Relaxation
Whether you have a mindfulness practice, or just want to try it, come and join our weekly sitting group to move into your week grounded and connected.

Each session will start with a guided mindfulness practice, followed by an introduction to a topic and a discussion, and finish with gentle yoga, yoga nidra (deep relaxation), or restorative yoga.
Class replays and free-standing mindfulness practice recordings are available to our membership subscribers. Membership ranges from $25-$65 per month for 10-12 new video practices and access to all live classes each month.
