Whether you have a mindfulness practice, or just want to try it, come and join our weekly sitting group to move into your week grounded and connected.

Each session will start with a guided mindfulness practice and mindful movement, followed by an introduction to a topic and a discussion, and finish with a second guided mindfulness practice.
