Our private sessions will help you develop a practice that speaks to your individual needs. Each session will offer movement and mindfulness activities to support soothing your nervous system and developing a sense of spaciousness in your body and mind.
Our private sessions are ideal for exploration and to develop a deeper understanding of yourself. The intention is to offer you the opportunity to practice and explore with the soft guidance of a certified and knowledgeable practitioner so that you can face the demands of life with more ease.

You are new to yoga and meditation
New students often feel overwhelmed in a group setting, and can benefit from receiving one on one instructions. Working one-on-one will help you develop a clear understanding of the yoga poses and movement activities, breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation exercises.
Practices are tailored to meet your needs
In a one-to-one class, the teacher will select activities which are appropriate to your needs and experience, so that you can develop a sustainable and enriching practice.
Private sessions conveniently fit your schedule. If you are too busy to make it to our sanctuary space we can bring the private session to your house. We can come to your home at a time that is convenient for you and design a class specifically for you.
