Therapeutic Yoga Sessions

Embodied Wisdom Therapeutic Yoga Services provide customized private Yoga sessions to support our clients with challenges at every stage of life on their path toward inner peace and personal healing. We utilize a combination of Yogic techniques to guide the client through an individualized practice that promotes wellness for body and mind.

Sessions may include physical poses, breathing practices, meditation, guided relaxation, Yoga philosophy, and stress-reduction techniques, all adapted to suit the client’s condition and goals.

We take a holistic, client-centered approach. That includes consideration for the physical, energetic, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual aspects of the self. Mayuri Gonzalez (E-RYT, YACEP, MBSR-T, RCYT) will work with you to identify areas of imbalance and create a personalized practice that aims toward improved functioning and happiness on all levels of being.

Weekly Available Session Times 

  • Mondays: 6:00a, 7:30a, 9:00a, & 8:30p

  • Tuesdays 11:00a, 12:30p, 2:00p, 4:00p, &  6:00p

  • Fridays: 6:00a, 7:30a, 12:00p, 3:00, & 4:30p

  • Saturdays: 9:00a

  • Sundays: 10:00a, & 8:15p

 

All session times are EST and booked first come-first served.  Due to COVID 19, sessions are available virtually at this time. Please reach out if you are interested in scheduling in-person visits.
